Tellennium’s telecom Audit & Optimization services include a comprehensive investigation of all telecom expenses and network designs, including an evaluation of all carriers, circuits, devices, usage, and associated charges, to ensure enterprise-wide accuracy and consistency. Tellennium does not sell carrier services, we are solely focused on our client's best interests.

Audit

As part of our thorough telecom bill audit processes we evaluate all existing agreements, published rates, circuit validity, and tariffs against current and past invoice charges, researching every charge and circuit for inaccuracies and fraudulent billing. When we find overcharges, Tellennium secures the credits and refunds for our clients.

Optimization

We‘ll evaluate usage and efficiencies of each telecom circuit and device, mapping the existing network design(s) and inventory. After we produce and consolidate this analysis through the use of TIMS, Tellennium will provide a complete inventory of all services and may recommend alternative approaches and/or more efficient rate plans for our clients’ approval. Upon our client's approval, we'll manage the complete process and accurately report on the outcome.
